This unit was extremely comfortable with great views. We loved having access to the marina making the walk to the shops very short. You can leave this unit and be sitting at a restaurant within 5 mins on foot.

David was attentive to our needs and a nice host. The unit is in a very nice area for walking and beautiful neighborhood. The washer dryer is very convenient. There was a neighbor on the same floor that had a barking dog on their balcony for two hours and the boats had super loud music at times but that is not David’s fault. He was very specific about noise and we were thinking that the neighbors were not very respectful of the rules. There is also a big construction site across the canal that kind of affects the view. We liked the pool area and padel court. I would recommend!

Evin konumu oldukça iyi, muazzam keyifli bir balkonu var. Marina ya doğrudan erişim olması da özel yat turu yapıp evimize rahatça dönmemize olanak sağladı. Yine geldiğimizde yine konaklamak isteriz. David ve ekibine teşekkür ederiz.

Excelente estancia !! Ubicación y amenidades espectaculares , además de ser seguro y muy cómodo todo . Súper recomendable. El plus es que tienes una plaza literal alado . La comunicación y atención del anfitrión excelente .

Perfect location right on the beach… literally 10 steps away to beach entrance. Pool is also very conveniently right next to unit. We had a couple issues but was fixed immediately. Great quick communication. Overall if you want beach and pool access, this is the place to stay. If you want super luxury and convenience, go to a hotel

The apartment was gorgeous and David was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We accidentally locked our upstairs bedroom and David was instantly prepared to help and had it unlocked in no time! Would definitely recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at this place! I don’t have a single complaint! A perfect and safe location, connected to Puerto Cancún, with options for food and shopping. The condo was clean, secure, and well equipped with anything I needed. Views were great, bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Centrally located to anything I might need. The long patio with lagoon view was a nice touch. Restaurants nearby were fabulous. I hope to stay here again next time I’m in town. 10/10

Un lugar maravilloso para pasar momentos valiosos con los que amamos. El hospedaje es lindo, frente a la playa, con una excelente vista al mar, muy limpio, cómodo y ordenado. Cerca, a unos pasos, hay variedad de restaurantes, centros comerciales y vida nocturna. Nuestro anfitrión siempre estuvo al tanto de nuestros requerimientos. Sin dudarlo, me volvería a hospedar en dicho lugar.

Excelente ubicación. La vista a la marina es hermosa. El balcón muy amplio y bonito para tomar algo o simplemente disfrutar de la vista (puede ser un poco ruidoso por el viento, ya que es un piso 13 y por ruido normal de mall a un lado, aunque nada grave que impida disfrutar el balcón o dormir). La habitación principal muy amplia. La tercera habitación muy pequeña. Aires acondicionados funcionando bien. El lugar es muy seguro. Volveremos!
