This is my second time staying at this airBNB hosted by David Ricardo and his staff. Stayed for three weeks this time. Everything is legitimately top notch. The puerto Cancun Marina area of Cancun is like a Beverly Hills vibe. It’s stunning. Clean / well maintained everywhere, lush, mint. The condo itself is also very nice. Clean and spacious and has all the amenities to make you feel at home (full kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms, king size bed, TV’s etc). The water pressure in the shower bathroom is perfect and the unit has a newer hot water tankless system. So you’ll never be without hot water. The pool area is amazing. Clean and high end feeling with travertine stone used throughout. The pool water was legitimately like the perfect temperature. Walking distance to a high end outlet mall. With restaurants / stores etc. The place and the entire marina area is just stunning. Ritzy. 👌🏻 Their service is also top notch. I mean for real. HIGHLY recommend. Can’t wait to go back. 😇

The view from the main patio of the marina is fantastic. Great shopping and restaurants are a close walk. The apartment itself looks better than the photos. Very little wear and tear compared to some other airbnbs. Definitely would stay there again.

Pasamos una semana de maravilla, todo en orden, fácil acceso. El tener cajeros, restaurantes y la plaza marina, facilitó más la estancia. El lugar estaba limpio, en orden y muy cómodo para descansar, sin ruido (pese al viento), la alberca templada. Volveríamos 10/10

This apartment was perfect for our group! Stunning. Everything was beautiful, the apartment, the ocean, the views! You literally just feet from the sand and ocean. Three bedrooms upstairs with 2 full bathrooms. Open floor living, dining and kitchen downstairs with half bathroom. Lots of space for 8-10 people. The beds were comfortable with clean fresh smelling linens. The towels were nice and soft. Oxxo just steps away. These beaches are some of the most gorgeous beaches in the world. Thank you for a lovely ocean front Airbnb experience. We would stay again and definitely recommend to our friends and family. Cancun, thank you for your beauty and your love every time.

The apartment is located in a strategic spot, as just a three-minute walk away you’ll find a variety of amazing restaurants, plus a balcony with a marina view to enjoy. One of the things I really liked was the excellent security, which gave us great peace of mind. The amenities are top-quality, and the people who take care of the condominium are super friendly. We also had very good communication with the host. I wouldn’t think twice about coming back.

My family and I had a horrible experience arriving in Cancun. Long story short we had to find a place to stay last minute and we came across this listing on Airbnb. We messaged the host to see if this listing was available so last minute and the host responded almost immediately. We were so thankful that we were able to find something that met our needs. The apartment was clean, spacious and lovely. Overall, this was a good experience and great customer service.

This unit was extremely comfortable with great views. We loved having access to the marina making the walk to the shops very short. You can leave this unit and be sitting at a restaurant within 5 mins on foot.
