Departamento: El departamento cuenta con entrada independiente (self check inn), se puede accesar a cualquier hora después de las 3pm. Al entrar se encuentra la cocina equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar, un amplia zona de sala con sofa cama, el comedor para 4 personas, una terraza con vista al mar, canal, shark tower y los yates en puerto Cancún. La recamara tiene una cómoda cama King size y baño independiente con walk in closet. Cuenta con lavadora/secadora, cuarto de lavado, wifi de alta velocidad, espectacular balcon con vista a los yates y canal, programación de televisión con canales nacionales, internacionales, deportes, películas y series. Los huéspedes tienen acceso sin costo a todas las amenidades del condominio, como lo son el gimnasio (en el tercer piso), dos albercas climatizadas, área de juegos infantiles, asador, cancha de Pádel, acceso directo a la Plaza Marina Puerto Cancun, acceso al muelle para que los recojan yates o barcos de pesca.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this condo located inside the Marina. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck admiring the beautiful boats coming and going from the channel. Evening sky and views were spectacular. We walked where we could, all restaurants located inside Marina were delicious. We are in our late 60’s and easily walked to the grocery store and Walmart 40 minutes away. Sidewalks are lovely and shaded. SLS beach club is a 10 minute walk and there’s a great beach bar and nice swimming. Pools at the condo are clean and refreshing. Both David and Erika are great hosts. Any small issues that surfaced were quickly resolved. We did bring our own beach towel bc we do we would be on the move and they were great to have. The condo has pool towels. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this condo.
