Departamento: El departamento cuenta con entrada independiente (self check inn), se puede accesar a cualquier hora después de las 3pm. Al entrar se encuentra la cocina equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar, un amplia zona de sala con sofa cama, el comedor para 4 personas, una terraza con vista al mar, canal, shark tower y los yates en puerto Cancún. La recamara tiene una cómoda cama King size y baño independiente con walk in closet. Cuenta con lavadora/secadora, cuarto de lavado, wifi de alta velocidad, espectacular balcon con vista a los yates y canal, programación de televisión con canales nacionales, internacionales, deportes, películas y series. This is my second time staying at this airBNB hosted by David Ricardo and his staff. Stayed for three weeks this time. Everything is legitimately top notch. The puerto Cancun Marina area of Cancun is like a Beverly Hills vibe. It’s stunning. Clean / well maintained everywhere, lush, mint. The condo itself is also very nice. Clean and spacious and has all the amenities to make you feel at home (full kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms, king size bed, TV’s etc). The water pressure in the shower bathroom is perfect and the unit has a newer hot water tankless system. So you’ll never be without hot water. The pool area is amazing. Clean and high end feeling with travertine stone used throughout. The pool water was legitimately like the perfect temperature. Walking distance to a high end outlet mall. With restaurants / stores etc. The place and the entire marina area is just stunning. Ritzy. 👌🏻 Their service is also top notch. I mean for real. HIGHLY recommend. Can’t wait to go back. 😇

I really enjoyed my stay at this place! I don’t have a single complaint! A perfect and safe location, connected to Puerto Cancún, with options for food and shopping. The condo was clean, secure, and well equipped with anything I needed. Views were great, bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Centrally located to anything I might need. The long patio with lagoon view was a nice touch. Restaurants nearby were fabulous. I hope to stay here again next time I’m in town. 10/10
